| Kevin, We have expressed our troubles to everyone via email multiple times. We've apologized for the delays, but we are manufacturing a product that has never been produced before. As in the last 2 emails sent out, we are having problems with our machinist. Unfortunately he is very slow with this rail as it is cut and welded entirely by hand. From the beginning and to this day, we feel that our own products should not be mass produced by some miscellaneous factory in China. Rather they should be meticulously made within close view so that the end product is of the highest quality and consistency. This process is proving to be more pain staking that previously anticipated. In this particular situation Kevin, you asked for a full refund and we offered to accept you’re request. We gave you an update at that time and you retracted your request under the terms that you would be updated more often. We have been keeping you updated as promised. It has been a learning process with this machinist as he has made multiple items for us in the past, but nothing to this scale. Again, we apologize for the delays. Everything is being completed as quickly as possible, it is just taking longer than any of us would have liked. Currently we are 1.5 months behind schedule on delivery. 20 of the rails were dropped off and are being plating today, which will cover the initial buyers and a couple of those late buyers we worked out things with. Everyone else has been updated with the current progress. So far we’ve had no other complaints and everyone has had a consensus of understanding the new product process. -Kip
